Anxiety is really bad right now i think its from starting new meds. I need to calm down. Not really panicking over anything specific just feeling a lot of anxiety wish this would all just be over.

Hi freekat I know what you are going thru as I am having withdrawal weaning down from lexapro to 10mg was on 20mg. The start up process and withdrawal process is quite similar your body is getting used to the drug and you will feel a lot of different things like heart palpitations,dizziness, extra anxiety for know reason, exc... try not to worry as it will all even out soon and just ride with the feelings. Easier said then done I know as I am doing the same thing to. I just try and remind myself this to shall pass. Good luck!
