Been feeling good for a couple of weeks but now it's back at it 
Getting severe palpitations 24/7, especially at night... they keep me from sleeping. I go to sleep and can only stay asleep for a couple of hours and then I'm wide awake... I also get these weird adrenaline rushes in my stomach and chest when I try to go back to sleep. I also get shortness of breath on and off... Anyone else have this?
