Anxiety making me ill

I've come to a point where I don't know what to do anymore! I can never tell whether I am genuinely ill all the time or whether it's anxiety. I have a water infection but have been experiencing loss of appetite, headaches and dizziness and my mind just goes into overdrive and I do the worst thing possible and Google my symptoms, making my anxiety worse! I struggle to eat because I feel like there's a constant empty tingling sensation in my stomach and when I do eat I just feel worse because it's forced! I was wondering if anyone else feels like this? I'm so scared that it will completely ruin my Christmas which I've been so looking forward to! Fed up of not being normal 😔

  • Never google symptoms...Its a definite no no, especially if you suffer from anxiety, an anxious mind and body will always manage to stumble across the worst case scenario for their symptoms. Instead use the internet for positive outcomes, look up and learn about anxiety and coping/healing techniques, check out youtube videos that will inspire you and assist you with knowledge and recovery, David Daish, Barry Macdonagh, Dr Claire Weekes, there's so many videos that can teach you how to accept and recover, each time your tempted to google your symptoms, just try searching "how to recover from anxiety" or " what is anxiety" etc, knowledge is a great tool and it helps you understand and recover, I know it's not easy, but give it a try, big hugs n hang in there :-) xxx

  • I feel the same way I feel so ill and sometimes I'm not sure if it's anxiety or medical lately I have been having tummy issues and I don't know if it's my anxiety playing up its so frustrating.
