Hey guys, I knew this past year something wasn't right with my heart.. I knew there was a reason it'd randomly take off so fast, I knew there was a reason I was so conscious of it, aside from the anxiety... I have PVC's and PAC's, now i know most of the time these are harmless, but there are some occasions where that's not the case. Kind of tripped out about it all now, i see the cardiologist jan 11 to see what we can possibly do about it.

I understand going to a cardiologist to be checked out but I would rest assured that PVCs (Pre ventricular beats: extra beat) and PACs (pre atrial contractions) are super common and experienced to people with absolutely no cardiac problems at all. Actually one of the main causes of them is stress. Generally when someone comes to the ER for a panic attack their EKG will show these due to the adrenaline in the blood stream. (I'm a registered nurse btw) so I see it all the time. i myself have gone to the ER for this same reason lol. Good luck at the cardiologist. I'm sure they will go away completely when you get your nervous system calmed down
I was just like you with the being conscious of every heart beat and palpitations, chest pain. The list goes on. I was told I had a heart murmur because of the PVC's they saw. So they put me on atenolol which is a beta blocker to slow down the heart rate. Fast forward 4 years later I got a new doctor and was told I had no heart murmur. I was given about 30 ekgs, echocardiogram, chest X-rays and holter monitors. Whole time is was from stress all of these years as soon as I started my meds (Xanax 1 mg a day) this all went away. I get palpitations from time to time. Maybe once a month if I have too much caffeine, but that's about it. So don't worry I'm sure you're just like me. Full of anxiety.
Wow, i took all the test known to man when it comes to the heart an all the test came back normal until this last time now i have pvc myself can you call me at 7733318844 i would like to speak over the phone
