Acupuncture

Hi all, had my first lot of acupuncture today because of my headaches. My head feels fine now but I just feel really bad like flu like symptoms. Has anyone had this before? Any side effects I should expect, I've just gone straight to the unlogixal thinking I have been injected with aids or hep or something :/

Hi sandy, I've had acupuncture a number of times and been just fine. Had mine in my back. There are lots of bugs, colds including flu like symptoms going round at this time of year!! Don't worry!! It's only a thought your having🙏🏻

It looks like acupuncture worked! that is great. It really helped me.

To your point on being afraid f symptoms, dont let your mind run around thinking of the worst. If you noticed the acupuncturist used clean needles from individual bags. Also, the needle doesn't penetrate to bleeding skin.
