What have you been doing to combat the anxiety? I have learned we have to work hard to control it, but that's it very possible for EVERYONE who suffers. First eat right, exercise, and take supplements. Next, I like the DARE method of controlling anxiety. You can find the DARE book on Amazon. amzn.to/2hj8ArN

Don't drink coffee or anything with caffeine. Learn to breath with the SKY technique.

If you had a broken leg you would have to be patient, stay off of it, and let it heal. It's the same with anxiety. It's curable, but you have to give yourself a break and give yourself everything you need to make it go away!

Find SKY breathing on youtube. You can have your vitamin/mineral levels checked, but the supplements recommended for anxiety are chelated magnesium, vitamin D, B vitamins, and vitamin c. Since the gut and brain are directly connected, a good probiotic is essential. There are others out there like Ashawanga and Evening Primrose. If you have a good health food store, you can go there and ask about those two. The vitamins are the most essential however. Take melatonin at night to sleep.
