It does come and go. Pay close attention to the times when it's gone. What are you doing, thinking? Try to remember the feeling and then pinch yourself while you rest in the good feeling. When you start to get anxious, pinch yourself to bring back the good feeling.
This takes a while to get over. It's just like any other thing in life, it takes time to fix. Breath, exercise, drink lots of water, smile, eat right, don't drink coffee, and wiggle when you feel it coming on. Soon your mind will get used to being happy instead of used to being on edge. It's stuck and needs a reminder how you should feel.
Give yourself breaks and rest. Peace and love to you. It's a battle, but a battle we can win.
