Sleepless night

Here it is late again and can't sleep because of anxiety. I have even taken the medication they have me on to sleep. I can barely hold my eyes open and very hard to see anythin because I'm so tired. I've tried everything I can think of besides just the medicine but being this tired I'm sure y'all know to well makes the anxiety so much worse.

I took a xanax last night but no matter how tired it was making me I couldnt sleep because my mind was just going to bad places. Youre not alone in this!

I know how you feel. One time I didn't sleep anything at all in three nights. I was so tired and my brain felt like it wasn't working properly, I thought I would never be able to fall asleep again. Hope you will feel better soon!
