Iam feeling like iam going crazy

My anxiety is at its all time high iam 47 so iam going thru perimenopause acid reflux. Blood pressure and i mite have pinch nerve scare to take new meds hard for me to stay calm

I am in the same boat. I'm 46 and have had a complete hysterectomy 6 years ago so I have no hormones. I was just diagnosed with high blood pressure and they found a cyst on my adrenal gland. I have had a good couple of days and it's so nice to feel like the normal me, but today I have been fighting the anxiety. I made it through my work day and have fed my family, now I'm just sitting here trying to relax and unwind.

I completely understand where your coming from. I have several pinched nerves in my back and my main sciatic nerve due to my accident. I'm 42 and going through the same issues. I just went and seen GI specialist and he put me on some awesome medication with no side effects, I use to eat a big bottle if Tums about every 3 days now I'm not eating any and I only take the new medication once a day.
