I've received many messages asking how I have gotten over this whole "anxiety" thing. Just so you know, I am not over it BUT I am controlling it. We all have anxiety, it is just the level or amount of anxiety we let control us is what is different. There are days/weeks where I feel great, and some days (like today) that come along where I don't feel so great. BUT THATS OK. I will not let one or two or three not so great days negate what I just had before.
Just remember is the key.
Don't forget today is Friday! Smile. Trust me it is contagious!
