Anxiety pms 👀

Hi

When do symptoms show for you ladies , with pms? I mean like the anxiety & panic attacks symptoms. I am feeling out of whack & think it may be pms-related 🤔. Anyways yeah mind sharing ? Oh & have any of you all tried to balance your hormones while pms'ing , ( with any type of remedies) ? Did it work?

i find that anxiety physical symptoms is so much worse the week before my period starts..its really bad than just hate it..had my daughter a year ago so i am sure with that said i might have an imbalace. i am definitely going to have it checked out soon.
