Constipation

Someone plz help ASAP I held in my poop one day and then I had diarrhea after that but now I'm constipated and can't poop I took a laxative last night and still haven't pooped someone plz help idk what to do

Try docolax over night gentle relief, drink plenty of water and try to move around as much as possible. I take the max dose witch is 3 pills at once but it's only every 24 hours. You can also try mineral oil, mix 2 teaspoons with a cup of OJ try that for a couple of days once you see some oil in your stool you know you are cleaned out, after that start taking Miralax on a daily basis. DO NOT TAKE THE DOCOLAX AND MINERAL OIL AT THE SAME TIME. TRY IT AT DIFFERENT TIMES.
