I'm so done

So at the moment I'm under a lot of stress, obviously not loving it but I'm trying to power through it. I've gotten about 4-6 hours of sleep for the past 4 nights and I'm debating tomorrow's day of school, I could miss to be able to finish everything that is due or needing to be done. That is just what my situation is but I need advice because it's 8:30 and I'm getting no where, I workout every other day and today is the day I workout. I usually run for 20 minutes do some kick boxing and abs depending on what I feel. Anyways I hate skipping it but I know I haven't given myself sleep and I still need to do more work(due tomorrow) and shower. Once again I really appreacate advice I just don't like making the wrong choice
