More pains

Hey peeps its been a few weeks and ive been fine then again now its bam back to all the pains again breathin funny. Ive felt those horrid pains in my chest again all day from the moment i woke up and the breathin off aswell. Im gonna take paracetmol when i get home as i have also hurt my arm which im wonderin if thats sumthin 2 do with the pains in my chest as where i hurt my arm sort of goes from shoulder down. Any suggestions would be great
