Anxiety or something else ?

Hi everyone .

I have never been an anxious person or a worrier . Until I started to get this grainy/snowy vision about 2 years ago. It's much worse if I look in the sky or at a blank wall or in poor lighting . It's all I can focus on can't take my mind off it . Which is bringing on dizzy spells and sometimes tingling in my arms and legs . I also suffer with tinnitus .

I have had MRi's and all the check ups. Just can't get my head round that this could be anxiety as my life is perfectly fine . Wondering if anyone suffers anything like this ? feel like I'm on my own here .

Sort of symptoms would make me feel much more at ease xx
