Tingling??

I always get this tingling feeling on my back especially between my shoulder blades. Does anyone else feel that??

Hi Sonia1205, I do experience that tingling on the upper back between the shoulder blades. With myself it is caused from extreme tightness of the upper back and neck. It's almost like a burning sensation. I use hot baths as well as listening to relaxation tapes and deep breathing. Reversing poor posture will also help relax the muscles as well as not extending your head to far back or forward. It just puts more undue strain on the already tight muscles, ligaments and soft tissue. Hope this helps some.

I get tingling in my legs . Especially when I'm panicking ... I can almost feel it coming on
