Well I spoke to soon feel horrible again weird head feeling and passing out feeling y do I get one good day out of a month hate this anxiety back to bed were I live hide away from the world x

I tried locking myself away too schoolboy error worst thing I done. Just carry on with your day things as small as they may be little victories I call them. Even going to the shop to get milk l, walking the dog, day by day it works

Hate feeling this way I have this feeling I'll die at a early age and I live with my anxiety 24/7 I'm drained to the point I try to go out but my head starts going faint and lightheaded stopping me iv tryed riding it out but my legs go to jelly and I carnt stand up it's so hard 😢 I carnt even go xmas shopping first year I don't no what to do anymore x

Carla89, as much as you feel like hiding away from the world, you know that is not the answer.

A lot of things can contribute to that weird head feeling and fading away feeling. Start with the basics of good sleep, drinking water throughout the day so you are not dehydrated, check your breathing making sure it is slow and full breathes and eating light meals and not just one heavy one will help keep your blood sugar stabilized.

Finally, during this time of the year, it can get overwhelming for the average person. Don't over plan a number of things that need to be done. Some shopping may be able to be done on the internet allowing you time to get out and enjoy the simpler things of the holiday season. For years, I worked at the mall in Customer Service. The stimulation of dealing with the public brought up my anxiety levels. However, during break time and lunch time, I would sit and watch the children going to see Santa. Focus in on what each child is feeling, the amazement in their eyes. Go listen to the school choirs singing in another part of the mall. These were my escapes. Enjoy each day with one chore that gets you out of the house, then when you come home, you can relax instead of making "staying in bed" your day. So where are you going to go today? Maybe start with just stepping outside and taking a few deep breathes. :)
