Feeling sick, suffocated, light headed and heavy breathing

I don't know where to post this but this problem is stressing me out. Since the past week I've been feeling sick and light headed which results in me breathing heavily. I don't even feel like eating; and if I do it makes me feel sick at times. It is affecting my everyday routine, I cannot even sit still as I just have to get up and walk out for some fresh air. It just happens randomly anytime during the day. I thought I got better as it didn't happen for 2 days, then it decided to kick in again! And also, my sleeping pattern has been a bit messed up recently too. I don't think I'm getting enough sleep although I go to bed early. The other day I went to bed at 10, could not sleep until 4.30am, woke up again at 6am and after that I just couldn't get back to sleep... But still even if I don't get enough sleep I still feel fresh. I don't know what to do.

Anxiety fills our bodies with excessive amounts of adrenaline, this is why sleep is also often affected too, it produces lot's of other symptoms too, have you spoken to your doctor?
