Has anyone ever gotten sick in the am that caused you to have anxiety and a bowl movement.. I just feel like my legs are a little wobbly and weird feeling and when I lay dwn I feel sick to my stomach I haven't ate anything because I don't have a appetite

Sure. I think many people have. It's good you were able to lay down. You should probably try to eat a little something.
I bought a Gatorade and sip on it and I feel alot better I'm jus now eating a Lil something smh
