These are the ones my friend uses and they helped her her panic attacks under control(along with meds) they also make ones with calcium since they go hand in hand. We thought I was low on this when I started having panic attacks, but whenever I took them I got diarrhea which means I had too much magnesium in my body. The good thing with this is that if you have to much, your body just gets rid of it so you don't have to worry about over doing it.
