Breathing

Hi everyone I hope someone can put my mind to ease or help me, I have been super super stressed for about 2 days now, like crying the whole night and day, and randomly I'm in bed I'm on my side trying to sleep and suddenly get a feeling I'm breathing to Fast so no I'm. Or gasping for air or panting but like my stomach is moving in and out really fast so of course I think n think and I can feel the adrenaline pump , I got up had water , so during the day I was all normal didn't notice as much etc again come to bed and I feel the min I breathe out I quickly breathe in now I don't know if it's cuz I've alway since having anxiety think bout my breathing or is there actually something wrong with me my lungs , heart and I can't go on like this,

  • I've been seeing a therapist because of my anxitey and she told my to place one hand on my stomach and the other on my chest and to feel how I'm breathing. Take a slow deep breath in and then out. Or there many breathing apps you could try and download which I have done. I hope you feel better soon, it's hard but you can do it. 😊

  • I do that's that's I notice when I breathe in and it's like a quick movement not like slowly but then I'm not like out of breath or anything I don't know how to explain it.
