Anyone know how to manage this symptom? I find it embarassing sometimes that my memory can be so bad when I'm really anxious. Feel in a daze and its distressing.

I know this feeling that you speak of. 😣 it sucks. I have it right now too. It's like I'm in a dream, like I'm not myself & it makes me really anxious & paranoid that something is wrong. Unfortunately I don't have any answers for your question. I wish I did. 😝 just know your not alone. Try to keep yourself busy & distracted. That helps me out a little bit.
The only know way to get rid of that feeling is lower the stress levels. It's a very normal symptom of anxiety. It sucks and I hate it but it's harmless.
I have been trying ginkgo (high strength) mainly to help with circulation, but they also help with brain and memory. I also am an anxiety sufferer.
Know that feeling and sympathise! Thanks for reminding me about ginkgo, I had only taken it for a short time - not really long enough - but I'm going back on it. it gets a lot of reports that it is good for brain and memory, think it helps the circulation to the little grey cells. Don't think it is contra- indicated in any way, but I could be wrong (often the case)
