Scared I won't get better

I'm so afraid of my anxiety I'll never get better. I'm afraid of the feelings and the thoughts. I take klonopin and pristiq but I don't think it's working anymore. Any suggestions

I have an appt next week. I can't stop the thoughts that I'm scared of the anxiety so my anxiety is intense. I'm scared

Yes. It is hard waiting for those appointments. If you think you can call back and tell them it's an emergency
