Anxious minds always find the negatives and worst case scenarios in a situation, anxious people are usually fuelled with extra adrenaline, that in itself is enough to cause a nervous response in different situations, you have to retrain your brain, there are always positives n negatives, look at the full picture, don't jump to conclusions, if something happens at work and you know you did nothing other than the job your employed to do then you have no real need to worry, don't assume anything, just carry on and go about your day, anxiety gives a mind an untrue view, when you get free time try and learn some relaxing techniques, look up relaxation vids on youtube, take time out to rest your mind, xxxx

thank you. I totally agree with you that I need to retrain my brain somehow I was saying this to my boyfriend the other day. just how though haha and do you use relaxation techniques?

I have used relaxation techniques yes, anything that relaxes your mind n body is good, it gives you a break from the fear and anxiety, the more you understand how anxiety manifests the better, it enables you to realize and understand whats happening and why, once you do this your fear will begin to fade away, fear of the unknown is a huge trigger, so the more you arm yourself with knowledge the better and easier it becomes to recover, you can find lot's of useful youtube videos to help you, get yourself some book's by Dr Claire Weekes, help yourself to understand what's happening and you'll accept it all better, acceptance will put you on the road to full recovery, you'll get your life back, have faith in yourself :-) xxx
