So today i Woke up in a good mood cause i knew i was going to see my friend in the hospital.i also ended up getting a total of 8 hours sleep, but right now im shaking a little & my chest feels funny . Right now im laying down kind of tired but i know its going to be hard to sleep. I also feel like i got to vomit right now , i had gave up on beef meat for about a month now , i dont eat pork at all . I wonder did that trigger how im feeling
