Can't stop thinking about my health
Hello , I know exactly what you are going through. Please try not to google. Because hun if you sneeze and google why it will probably say you have nose cancer. Seriously the worst thing you can do . I wouldn't avoid the doctor he / she will be able to put your mind at ease. Trust me I went through the google nightmare and while I must admit sometimes I still do. You have to try your hardest.
Health anxiety is a terror. I've been dealing with it for over a year. Here's what you have to do...or else you will stay in the cycle forever.
1. Go to the Dr. and get a complete checkup
2. If something is wrong, deal with it as instructed. If nothing is wrong, fully accecpt that your healthy and anxiety is fueling your fears and sending false signals throughout your body.
3. No matter what....don't research anything on the internet. The internet only shows you what you're looking for...and you're looking for all the wrong things. The internet is designed to scare you...and it's working.
4. Eat healthy and exercise. Both release positive endorphins throughout your body..which is needed to battle anxiety.
5. Practice mindfullness. All this means is find something that completely immerses you. Maybe it's coloring, or painting, or video games, or books, or meditation, or long walks, or playing an instrument, or sports....the point is to find something which completely gets all your attention so your mind gets a rest from constantly worrying.
6. Be social. Hiding away only fuels anxiety fears. Stay busy!
7. Get rest. Try as hard as you can to get your 8 hours of sleep. Gives your body time to repair.
Anxiety is fueled by fear and insecurity. The longer you feed the fear, the more powerful the anxiety becomes. It's a cycle that's hard to beat, so the sooner you tackle it the better.
I know it's not easy, but it is possible.
Best of luck.
Crazy to thinking about health too😢I'm going through the same your situation. Last week I went to the doctor to get some results from my exams. The stiff discomfort that I feel in my neck . on the xray has shown that I am having arthritis onset. Almost crazy about checking on google.
