Left and shoulder pain

Hi guys I have a pain in left arm at the back between shoulder blade, and in the tip I had it last month about 2 weeks went to the doctors they said muscle and stress tension, I won't the surgery and after 2 days was fine and now agai since 2 days it's killing me I think I might've slept on it, I'm so scared it's my heart, the pain between the blade. Like a dot dot pain like a piking wavey kind
