I'm feeling crazy again

I'm new here and I've been reading a lot of these posts, it's really nice seeing people who I can relate to. Most of the people I know who think they have it just make me crazy, I know anxiety can be different for everyone or different levels of it but it seems like thy have no clue. I was on Meds doing SO good then day before yesterday it happened. I cry and cry and hug my babies so tight trying to get rid of it, and it doesn't work. I wake up tingling inside myself and feel so disconnected to the world around me it's very strange. Anyway thanks for letting me vent.

  • Have you had extra stress? Lack of sleep? Lack of food? If so, you need to give your self a break from stress and get some good rest and food. How long have you been on the meds? They can stop working and you may need to see your doc about upping dosage. You may also need to get your hormones checked. Breath, relax, talk to your doc, and give yourself a break. It's OK to let yourself rest and get yourself into your doc. Peace.

  • Yes extra stress and when my loved ones are stress I also pack on theirs and I cannot help it. Def gonna try to upmy dosage

  • I hear you Kaylee. You are definitely not alone. I feel completely disconnected right now. One thing I keep reminding myself of is that it's not going to hurt me or kill me or drive me crazy. I am going to the doctor tomorrow to see what I need to do to alleviate this a bit. It's been really bad lately. I am a 53 year old male and I have dealt with this since I was a teen so remember...you will overcome this. It's good that you are here talking. Excersise a little, that helps. Listen to some easy music. It's going to be alright. Don't forget this ok?

  • You are all so precious in God's eyes. Keep holding on and know that God is holding you in the palm of His hand. I'm praying for healing for all of you.
