Okay guys so for the past few days I noticed my heart feels like it's not beating properly it might be just my anxiety but it feels like it's not there half of the time! I checked my bras per minute, and I got 60 beats in 41 seconds is this good?

Okay Calum, so 60 beats in 41 seconds is normal. What do you mean by your 'heart beat doesn't feel like it is actually there half the time'? Do you mean that you are not aware of your heart beat half the time? That is completely normal. If there are pauses or irregularities when you have checked your pulse then that is nothing to panic about but get it checked out with the doc - they could do an ECG to see what is going on.
Hi katlinma so yeah is it normal to not feel your heart when relaxed or laying down? I always check for my heart beat with hen my anxiety plays up on me.
