Hey guys i've got this idea from another lovely lady here but for all of us with anxiety I'm sure we've all felt alone before i know i have for a fact. none of my friends have anxiety so its hard to relate and talk to someone about it. I thought it would be a good idea for us to exchange numbers.. if anyone would like to do this please message me your numbers you can stay anonymous if you'd like but it would be nice if someone was feeling anxious to be able to text someone straight away.
