I hate ANXIETY DISORDER and all its symptoms. Its so overwhelming for no reason at all.

I noticed this is your second post

Your last one was answered but you never came back and replied so not sure if you read your replies and found them helpful , it is always nice to know

Unless we deal with our anxiety it will always come back at some stage and stronger than before , we need to learn new strategies with how to deal with it and if you keep coming on here and talking with others I am sure they will share their experiences with you which helps even if to know you are not alone in how you feel

Oh yes i cannot express enough how much this site has helped me and the support u get from all the members. Anxiety sucks kenya_harvey but like u always encourage me im here to give it back to u dont let this beat u down get up and beat it we all know its our anxiety that has us in the dumps at time and the symptoms do suck thats for sure but try your best and overcome it.
