People dont understand. Im scared of my fear.

people surround me dont understand that im scared to go out.. it seems like i dont wanna be socialize but they dont know what ive been through... Im scared of my own fear that i choose to stay in my room all the time. sometimes they will ask me to accompany them or ask to join for dinner and such but im scared... every single day is a struggle for me.. even to go to class im scared...

yeahh i totally understand that.. i used to scared of death... thats how my anxiety starts actually... its been 5 years since i started my anxiety...

I've been living with fears, anxious and worries for the past 20 over years. Just keep moving and live a day at a time. Turn our fear to positive thinking. Stay strong.
