It's so weird how I feel breathless or disoriented, chest pains or how could you put it.... As if I wasn't in my body, only when I'm trying to sleep, or when I'm sitting down or laying in bed reading, watching movies. But when I'm walking, cleaning, talking or doing something whatever it is i feel non of that. Maybe that's why I dread nights every day. The fact that I know I will have to Toss and turn, cry and worry for maybe 2-3 hours before I finally fall asleep.
