Headache is so bad tonight!

Very reluctant to go to the GP! They don't take me seriously seeing as the are aware of my health anxiety, they always put it down to that when really I could be dying of a brain tumour right now! what shall I do?

Panickier, There are a several things you can do. See a new doctor, go to the ER or sit down with yourself and become your own advocate. Really decide if this headache is the worse you've ever had, are there other symptoms accompanying the pain or is it anxiety raising your pain level to this degree.

Only you can take the step forward right now but only a doctor can really tell you what is going on. Your body, your pain, your choice. Good Luck dear.

Hey thanks for responding, it's hard to tell if my anxiety is making it worse, I tend to focus on the pain which maybe makes it worse. I've had much worse headaches before. This one just seems to be hanging around x
