I hate having anxiety, i get so scared to do simple things I wish I wasn't like this I want to live my life

I totally understand anxiety sucks, it's stopped me from things I used to dream about doing, all I want to do know is stay home and not go anywhere because of the anxiety, I don't even want to go to doctor for help because that just causes a set of anxiety on its own, over the years mine has come and gone but most resently it's stuck around and lado doment in the back of mind. But know it's in full swing and I never know when it'll be a good day.

Hi Hun you can't carry on like this I understand how scared you are it's a horrible illness an that's what it is a illness , u should be talking to some one about it if u feel as if you can't get the doctors then you ask for a home visit there are things they can do to really help , trust me I have been there not long ago , I wish you all the luck in the world xxx

I agree you should get help. Also a good book is Feel the fear and do it anyway. I can't remember the author.

It seems anxiety comes with this illness. I hope you find something that helps 🌺
