I've been through a lot of stress recently and I've coped extremely well if I say so myself! but I'm just sat here wondering how I've managed to go to 5 job interviews and go through a disciplinary at my recent job and feel fine? yet randomly I get a panic attack when I'm doing the smallest thing! why does anxiety work like this? I'm just waiting for it all to hit me....

Yeah I find this, have melt downs at home in bed but in a tense situation I'm cool as a cucumber 😃
