Post nasal drip? Or anxiety?

I've just recovered from a cold, had it about a week and a half. Now, I'm left with a sore throat sometimes dry sometimes not, the thing that is bothering me is for two days now I have felt very very nauseous, sick to my stomach! I can't take it any longer! I haven't been sick but I feel like I'm going to be sick! I feel phlegm in the back of my throat constantly aswell I cannot bring all of it up so I do swallow it - could this be post nasal drip causing my feelings of sickness? I have a runny nose too.. I have used decongestants and have been drinking peppermint tea to calm my stomach!! I don't know if I have a tummy bug or its anxiety or PND?! I'm going out of my mind I can't sleep, certainly can't eat! (Which makes it worse) please someone help me! I don't know what to do anymore I have a phobia of throwing up so you can imagine what I'm going through! Any advice on how to sleep? And avoid waking up at 3am feeling sick to my stomach?! I hate this.. Feeling sick is the most dreadful thing. Also, I have burning sensations in my tummy and did poop twice this morning.
