Crying in the bathtub

First day off work with a sick note. Feeling guilty.

Anyway this afternoon I just had an urg to have a bath. I sat in hot water and just cried.

What's up with that? Who does that?

Nothing wrong with that at all, yes I've done it many times, crying out all the frustration, anger, fear, anxiety etc is quite normal if you consider what we're all going through, don't be hard on yourself, xxxx

Am not being. I know this is something I will probably have my whole life long with other health problems.

My hair is still damp as haven't had the motivation to blow dry it.
