Every single night meer it sucks feels like my stomach walls tear inside and this stupid awkward lower back feeling sometimes buring sensation it lasts like 1-2 hours before bed and goes away I know how to coop with it jus arh hate it typing to distract from acuring panic attack works every time save myself but how is everyone feeling tonight ? ! Blessings with everyone hope we all get better 🙏😘

Yeah its a cruel and often vicious illness, we're lucky to have this forum though, least we can come on here and chat to other sufferers who understand, hang in there matey

You're awesome :)! It's 12:39 and all I wanna do is sleep ! But stuck with convulsing stomache movements GOO AWAY plz
