Just curious to know if anyone else has back pain (upper middle / shoulder) along with the chest pain? It comes in spasm like occasions. Thoughts anyone?

I do, I also have shoulder, neck and throat tightness, numbness, tingling and pins and needles. I've had X-ray, Mri, physio and bloods, found 4 bulging discs in my neck but cos they are not on my muscles or spinal cord they are happy to leave them. They just say it's caused by anxiety .
Could be a pulled muscle. But never hurts to check it out.
