Feeling it the morning after

Anyone else have a really awful stressful day and feel HEAVY and weak and drained the next day? I felt so heavy getting out of bed it felt funny to walk. I know it's my anxiety and I hate it just wondering if there's any other tips besides "don't get stressed out" 😒😂👍🏻

Feeling drained etr iis quite a common symtom of anxiety, all the panic,fear,stress,bewilderment etr can completely drain your energy, I've had episodes where I've felt completely zapped for days afterwards, just another unpleasant symptom, have a check up if only to help put your mind at ease alittle x

Oh for sure. Whenever I have a long and stressful day, not only do I feel it the next morning, but I also feel it the entire day. It's your body trying to recover from the day before. Take a really long and deep breath and do that whenever you feel you need to. And as you're taking that deep belly breath, return your focus back into the room. So that your mind can take a much deserved break. Also, treat yourself to something nice; give yourself a reward once in a while for everything you do.

Hi CDanielle98, as Kainan said take a deep belly breath and look forward to treating yourself. My choice of treat is a cookie or chocolate after lunch. That's enough to motivate me to keep moving when my body is so worn out. Mid afternoon I usually listen to a YouTube tape of relaxation/deep breathing for 10 min. Helps refresh me. x
