Stressful time triggering panic attacks


I'm new here. I have suffered high anxiety and panic attacks for along time, I generally manage these fairly well. But the last 3-4 months I've been going through an extremely stressful situation and am now not coping as well as before the situation I find myself in doesn't look like it's going to change any time soon. Does anyone have any useful tips they use to deal with there anxiety? As medication is out of the question for me.
