i work as a nanny since March .. I find my anxiety is at its worst since I've started .. I have a baby in the family and I'm so physically mentally and emotionally exhausted by the end of the week and I only work Tuesday to Friday .. I need to work but it's what I struggle with most. Anyone have any suggestions ?

I had 3 all summer and I ended up having a bit of a break down and I quit it was 10 hour days starting at 6 am and now I work for my friend who's oldest is in school so I only see him an hour and I have 8 hours with her 11 month old. It's just so much work :(

Carry on. If you were able to cope before the onset of anxiety, use that as a reference point and keep on working. I know it is very hard but you must not let anxiety dictate your life. It feeds on avoidance. I knew that if I packed in work, I would be too scared to go back, so I carried on. It gets easier. Trust me.
