Need some info

Hi everyone i hope that we all can be thankful for something today i know that anxiety can sometimes have us feeling on the low but dnt allow it too i hope we all can conquer this anxiety. I have been reading alot of post about books about anxiety most name mentioned was Dr Claire Weeks any suggestions on which book is very good and informative. Thank u all.
