Convinced my vision isn't right.

I've suffered from this before, had eye tests even a mri scan as I went to A&E thinking I had a brain tumour! But I'm sure I bring it on myself, I think about it and then it makes it worse. Now because I've been worrying about it, I've brought on a horrible headache staring top of the neck and all up the back of my head. Whilst I'm working or busy, I don't seem to notice it as much. Just seeing if anyone else has had a similar situation! I think I might go back to the doctors again, although I'm sure they're sick of seeing me! Haha

Anxiety does craaazy things to my vision. Sometimes it's just dark spots but other times the whole world looks like a grainy film. Other times it's completely fine. I've had all the tests done too. I get severe neck pain because I tense up when I'm nervous and I'm almost always nervous haha. Try not to worry about it, like you said the more you think about it the worse it gets. Once you start accepting anxiety symptoms as just anxiety they tend to go away

Thanks for reply, it's nice to know someone else has similar symptoms. Well not nice, but you know what I mean. Everyone I speak to when I talk about it are like "huh". Thanks again
