Burning sensation all over body when trying to sleep

Hi everyone

I am new here. Struggle with health anxiety. Lately my body feels warm on the inside. Like my blood is boiling. The worst is when I try to sleep. I will lay in bed and my body will be so restless and my blood will feel like it's on fire. Anyone else feel this way?

Yes I think I know how you feel. Completely restless, can't get comfortable, my chest feels tight and I can feel my heart racing. Then feels like my skin is crawling, particularly on my arms. You feel like this?

Yes like that. Tight chest it's uncomfortable to lay down. Think skin crawling and burning yeah. It's so frustrating. And with my hypochondria I convince myself I got hiv or something
