Don't know if its the cutting down in my sugar in take or my depression but it has been weeks. I cant get around sorting things like getting a new tyre collecting money cleaning the house. I just sit here playing my guitar or watching TV. I do hope I snap out of this asap.

Dodo, I'm sorry you find yourself in a dark place . It happens to all of us from time to time. Life becomes a little overwhelming. I do know that sugar can play a big part in the feeling. I hope things turn around for you soon. We are here to support you. Know that you are not alone. My best.

Right now I am ssso anxious but happily my son just came in and gave me 4 Valium 5mg so I will get some relief for now.

My Broadband company THREE has changed their tariffs trying their best to get more money out of the public. I cant even phone my utility company now without putting more money into them but changing soon.

Dodo I hope that helps calm you down along with your meditation.

I hope the change with your phone company comes soon as well.

Hopefully that will reduce some stress. Feel better with the meds,

but stay safe.
