It's been a while, but my anxiety kicked back up again in full force! I had a few good weeks. But, now I'm right back to where I was. My knees feel shaky and my reflexes are brisk and shot again. (Of course-this leads me back to my #1 anxiety feeder: the ALS or MS fears!!!!!)
It's a bit depressing because I was doing so well. But, here I am again. The Merry-Go-Round of anxiety fits. Dang it!
You experience anything similar? Any advice or thoughts? I'd love to hear it!

Yeah I have had similar anxiety issues. Sometimes I get really dizzy and I think there may be something wrong with me (on really bad days I think brain tumor!) My family are always anxious about my health as well so they take me seriously which has helped a lot, they reason with me and make sure we go to the doctor if it happens too often. All I know is that talking to people and confirming things with medical professionals had really helped me!
Thanks for the response. It's nice too know others feel similar things. My knees just feel like butter lately. Of course, I'm focusing on them with every step so I'm sure I'm screwing up the natural process of things and causing the issue. Atleast, I'm mostly sure anyways. If I was completely sure I wouldn't be here with health anxiety. Lol
No. Last week I was worried about oral cancer. The week before that I was worried about MS because my arms hurt. The week prior to that I was worried about my shallow breathing.
Serious diseases don't just come and go on a week-to-week basis. When I'm not thinking about my legs I don't have a problem. So that tells me it's just my anxiety again.
