My anxiety has caused me to feel really light headed/fatigue and I feel like I'm going to faint. Anyone know anything that can help me from feeling that way? I've tried to ignore it. But it makes me feel horrible that it's hard to ignore.

Hi,
Have you tried just sitting down at the edge of your bed and taking deep breaths with your eyes closed, and slowly sipping on some chilled water. I try and do and it helps significantly (even if just short-term)

Hi Sara5, both the light headedness and the fatigue can be coming from over breathing as well as dehydration. As kjgirlnz suggested, try finding a quiet spot and slow down your breathes by deep breathing. Sipping on some chilled water will refresh you as well as hydrate you. x
