Bad trips after weed

So . . 3 Months Ago I Had Bad Trip With Weed Since Than I BEEN Having anxiety ( Derealized ) Something LIKE That & Panic Attacks I Would GO Into Depression Than Feel Normal OUT Of NO Where I Pray TO Stay Normal & Continue My LIFE Focus My On Goals . . Does anybody know what can help With This ?

hello I once had a bad trip on weed and it was very very scary but it did pass.sounds like it's has triggered some thing off.rarly weed can trigger off mental health issues please go and see your doctor who will be able to help u.having someone to speak to is going to help u that's ur first step goodluck🍀 and let me know how u get on sorry if I wasn't much help
